Please confirm availability with us for your date before filling out this form — message us on the contact page, Facebook or Instagram first.

To confirm your reservation, a signed contract and a booking fee of 50% of the total are required. The remaining balance is due by the last Tuesday prior to the pickup date. If you prefer to make the full payment instead of splitting it, you’re welcome to do so. Payments can be made securely via Stripe, Zelle, or Venmo. A processing fee applies to payments made through Stripe. Pickup is in Lakeville, MN. Please note that the booking fee is non-refundable.

If you would like to proceed, please complete the form below so we can prepare your contract.
